Primary responsibilities would include project management, analyzing customer data, identifying and executing process improvements, and assisting in employee engagement. This individual will have the opportunity to draft Copywrite materials, identify consumer trends and develop reporting, participate in daily interactions with business partners and communicate upcoming marketing promos, product changes and upcoming enhancements with team.
Qualifications:
This summer our Internship Program will be a hybrid program. A hybrid program means interns will be expected to come into their designated office location about 3 times a week. All internships will be hybrid unless explicitly stated as a remote opportunity.

Fan Relations, also known as Customer Care, is the go-to stop for all consumer interactions regarding discovery+, Food Network Kitchen, GO Apps and programming. As a voice of the customer, we partner consistently with other departments; such as, marketing, product/engineering, analytics, brand and programming scheduling, to provide the best consumer experience within our products.
Primary responsibilities would include project management, analyzing customer data, identifying and executing process improvements, and assisting in employee engagement. This individual will have the opportunity to draft Copywrite materials, identify consumer trends and develop reporting, participate in daily interactions with business partners and communicate upcoming marketing promos, product changes and upcoming enhancements with team.
- Must be currently enrolled as a student (proof of enrollment will be required if selected for an internship)
- Must be a rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate student
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States
- Knowledge of Gsuite, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk is helpful but not required.

Our Summer 2022 program will run from Wednesday, June 1st, 2022 to Friday, August 19, 2022.
The application deadline for Summer 2022 is Friday, March, 4th. After this date, we cannot guarantee your application will be reviewed for the position.
Our internships are paid opportunities. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired.
