Program Description:
The Business Management Summer Internship Program is a ten-week remote internship program for rising Juniors who are in the process of completing their degree in 2024. The program will commence in June 2022 and will provide students with an immersive and rewarding professional experience. This individual will perform various data analysis and content creation activities to assist the Business Management team with company-wide projects including industry research, communications development, and management information reporting.
What you will gain:
- Introduction to First Eagle – Including firm history, overview of departments and functions, and community impact through our Foundation
- Business communication and presentation skills
- Data analysis and business case development
Projects:
- Data analysis and reporting – Support the data analysis and development of a management information report for the team
- Corporate Social Governance (CSR) industry research report – Summary of corporate social responsibility initiatives across key financial services firms
- Support intranet management – Assist in the development of content related to the intranet including researching internal communications best practices and providing a report
- Create a project plan – Assist in the development of a project plan including learning how to develop meeting minutes and key takeaway
Your qualifications:
- 3.0 GPA or higher
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Dedicated work ethic with high attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
