How You’ll Help Us Connect the World

As a Transformation Office Intern, you will be responsible for providing key analytical insight and critical thinking to help implement various projects within one of CommScope’s business transformation offices. The transformation office is responsible for projects under the “CommScope NEXT” portfolio. “CommScope NEXT” is CommScope’s Strategic Transformation program and each project is essential to reaching the companies goals to increase overall value. Responsibilities could include data analysis for financial modeling, facilitating detailed meetings with project leads, and brainstorming new insights for projects to be added to the CommScope NEXT portfolio.

It is highly preferred for the candidate to be based in Charlotte, NC however Remote options may be available.

You Will Make an Impact By

• Compiling and analyzing internal and external data and research
• Conducting project audits and finding opportunities to accelerate or mitigate risks
• Creating executive level presentations for the business segment and C-Level leaders
• Facilitating the ideation of new project initiative related to Growth, Cost Efficiencies, Pricing, etc. alongside functional team members within the business unit.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

• Junior or Senior standing in a BS, BA or master’s degree in Business, Marketing Research and Analytics, or Engineering from an accredited university
• Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0+
• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Data analysis via Excel, PowerBI, or equivalent Business Intelligence Software
• Effective Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication
• High level business acumen

• Have a background or experience in project/program management principles
• Have a strong record using Excel to analyze large data sets
• Display strong PowerPoint skills to create meaningful presentations for a variety of audiences
• Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Show innovation through unique ideas and propose them to the team
