Ingram Micro is seeking a motivated and talented Studio Production Artist Intern to join us in June for our 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program! We are looking for ambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.

Essential responsibilities of your role:

• 
  Helping the Production Studio with optimizing layouts/readying them for final printing or traditional/digital publishing.
• Collaborating with Art Directors on conceptual pieces, most often taking their lead and helping see the vision become a reality.
• Using your skills to help create interesting designs, logos, and other graphic expressions to be used on print ads, digital ads, event signage, within videos, in direct mail pieces and other engaging advertising and marketing materials.
• Working on independent projects, as delegated by the Studio Manager or Creative Director.
• Having fun and being creative, because everyone in our department got into this career to do just that.

Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities you need to have:

• 
  Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program. Juniors or seniors are preferred.
• Strong academic record with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Excellent design skills
• Creative mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Ability to take direction and constructive feedback
• Understanding of web, social, and traditional media
