Summary: *IronNet’s Paid Internship program is designed to provide college students an internship opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on work experience in a professional environment. The program emphasizes developing the next generation’s workforce. Our goal is to build a roadmap that leads you to a long, rewarding and challenging career with IronNet. We will work with you to determine your desired career path and the correct steps to get you to your goals. Outside of gaining hands-on experience, you will attend training sessions taught by skilled leaders in our company. These training sessions range from finance, personality in the workplace, presentation skills, resume building, and more. In addition, IronNet emphasizes being environmentally friendly and making a positive difference in the community. We challenge our interns to develop and execute on at least one group initiative that will benefit the office and/or local community. You will work with your mentor to identify the best times for you to come in and leave work. You will work no more than an average of 40 hours a week.

Job Description: *As the Sales Intern, you will primarily be supporting tasks around marketing collateral and sales plays, sales operations support and deal management, and participating in meetings and assisting with the Sales Department whenever possible.
Outstanding Sales interns are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients.
Roles and Responsibilities: Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member and completing all allocated tasksUpdating and creating marketing assets to enable repeatable sales motionsObserving and supporting sales processes with a focus on deals deskAttending and participating in meetings, workshops, events as neededUpdating documents and sales recordsReviewing sales performance against sales targetsIdentifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestionsKeeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentation to staff and other stakeholders

Qualifications: *Ideal candidates will be rising juniors, rising seniors or Spring 2023 graduatesPursuing a degree in Business, Marketing or related fieldEffective communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated experience working collaboratively on teamsSelf-motivated with an ability to work towards prescribed timelines/deadlines
