Support of Portfolio Management Systems for the Construction Division
Work with senior business analysts and project teams to ensure the applications or products in development comply with end-user needs. Primary responsibility is business analysis, in which they report the findings to the senior business analysts and developers. Other responsibilities include analyzing the impact of projects on business outcomes, collecting systems information, and giving feedback to developers who work on the deliverables and to contribute to the development of test scripts and test plans.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage product backlog and document user stories
• Creation of current state and future state documentation
• Prepare documentation including process Flows, business requirements, functional specifications, test scripts
• Execute test scripts and perform some data validation
• Prepares project documentation and presentations for meetings including meeting minutes
• Assist with internal documentation creation and archiving

Qualifications:

• Ability to write business requirement documents and create workflow diagrams a plus.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good work ethics and ability to work well with stakeholders.
• You should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and process management skills.
• Ability to establish goals and set clear expectations, prioritize activities, and follow through to completion
• Must be highly organized and have the ability to manage competing priorities
