This is a part-time role with the potential to continue into full-time.

This will be based in Hoboken, NJ, with remote work

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the Operations team on metrics and reporting including data collection and presentation.
• Set-up of different reports to drive our business, then share the key finding with the team and partners
• Assist and work with Senior Supply Chain Analyst in data collection from various stakeholders. This includes but not limited to Logistics, Transportation, Planning, Sales, Order fulfillment, Operations and SPO departments.
• General junior level planning / inventory control day to day tasks
• Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations .

Qualifications:

• Supply Chain, Business Intelligence/ Data Analysis or Industrial Engineer Major
• Must be student during duration of internship (transcript may be required)
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• Knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement functions
• Experience with coding languages such as SQL/ R, Google Big query and Analytical tools such as MS excel, Tableau , Alteryx etc
• Strong analytical skills to support independent, high velocity, high quality decisions
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, challenging and rewarding environment
• Capable of applying resourceful and creative thought processes to resolve complex problems
• Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail
• Be self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skill sets
