Member Marketing and Enrollment Intern (Remote)

The marketing team at DarioHealth is looking for a motivated individual looking to hone his or her experience and start a path toward a fulfilling career.

This position will be responsible for supporting the B2B Marketing Organization. You will work with the Member Marketing and Enrollment Manager to support marketing activities that drive 1) awareness of 2) enthusiasm for 3) enrollment in Dario’s solutions across the B2B2C customer base.

You will assist in the building, testing and development of awareness and enrollment strategies, tactics, and deliverables that leverage a mix of digital and traditional channels (email, push, SMS, social, direct mail, video etc.). You will partner with team members in marketing and cross-functionally with the CRM, Member Services, Product, Sales, Implementation, and Account Management teams to ensure all KPIs related to member enrollment are achieved to support customer launches and ongoing enrollment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of strategy, tactics, and tool-kits – aligned to customer and population ‘personas.
  • Provide support for the messaging and design of member marketing communication assets such as e-mails, direct mail, landing pages.
  • Write, review, and edit member enrollment marketing communication assets and, as needed member service communications to ensure consistent messaging, tone, context, and branding.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for all initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team on data collection and analysis for all member enrollment marketing and conversion activities - ensuring data-driven tactics and strategic input.
  • Partner with Product and Operations on gathering both quantitative and qualitative member feedback through one-off surveys and our ongoing NPS survey program to gather actionable insights on product features and customer experience.
  • Partner with members of the CRM, analytics, and Product teams to stay up to date on the engagement marketing trends and partner with creative to concept new test ideas.

Requirements:
  • Currently in junior or senior year working toward a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience through coursework, previous internships, or school activities developing or assisting with marketing or communications campaigns
  • Strong desire to learn marketing tactics and technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for marketing
  • Must be highly motivated and independent yet collaborative with team-oriented mindset
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can take guidance and run with multiple projects simultaneously, informing when there are hurdles that require collaboration to overcome obstacles
  • Confidence working with data and synthesizing data into executive summaries.
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS Office products: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Mirro, WordPress, marketing automation platforms, is a plus.
