Summary
As a junior designer/studio intern for SharkNinja’s in-house agency creative team, you’ll work closely with the Creative, Product, Brand, and Marketing departments. You will immerse yourself in the brands. You will make design/copy/artwork edits in InDesign. You will retouch photos in PhotoShop. You will create print-ready mechanicals for packaging, displays, collateral, and work with the digital team to release online ads or social content.
You will have great attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal oversight at times. You will observe the in-house agency creative process from the inside and come away with an intimate understanding of how consumer products go from conception to retailer shelves.
Responsibilities
  • Support creative in the develop of new product launches.
  • Collaborate and communicate with designers and marketing partners to advance ideas and creative work to completion.
  • Execute high-quality, print-ready mechanicals for packaging, displays, collateral, and more.
  • Adhere to brand style guidelines.
  • Adhere to file naming and creative server structures.
  • Deliver against tight deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in graphic design, photography or related creative focus. 2022 grads will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of Indesign and PhotoShop; PowerPoint skills a plus
  • A can-do attitude
  • Interest in all aspects of the creative process
  • This position will be remote with the possibility of being onsite in Needham, MA based on our office reopening in the fall.
  • Must be able to commit to working full time from July to December, 40 hours a week.

This internship will be hybrid, with the expectation to work onsite in Needham, MA 1-2 days a week.
