Job Description
Do you want to play a role in global commerce?
Prologis seeks an individual passionate about HR to provide administrative and project support to help us implement various talent programs in support of our Talent Acquisition team. This is a 12 week internship. We are open to hybrid or remote work with a preference for candidates who can work in pacific time zone.
What’s needed in order to do that:
- Ability to collect and manage information/data as it pertains to various projects in support of the HR/Talent Acquisition team.
- Collaborate with department team members to accomplish assigned projects within our various recruiting systems . Willingness to learn and engage in all aspects of our recruiting programs.
- Support Recruitment marketing efforts to include working with the Talent Acquisition team in helping prep for the upcoming job fairs season.
- Collaborate with Prologis colleagues and external partners.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- A current student in undergraduate (minimum of junior class standing) or graduate program in good academic standing.
- Communicates (verbal and written) effectively with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, a commitment to professionalism, integrity and collegiality.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus towards results and value creation.
- Embraces learning and innovation.
- Ability to connect the dots and problem solve independently.
- Strong technical proficiency including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
