We are looking for an intern to join the Artist & Talent Relations team. In this role, you’ll help ensure that artists and managers see Spotify as their #1 partner for artist development and monetization. You will surface new opportunities to artists, work cross-functionally with our label and songwriting teams across all genres of music, and develop talent strategies. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.

What you'll do
- You’ll help build and foster relationships with the artist and manager community, while supporting and educating them on Spotify tools and resources available to inspire and improve their daily business.
- Work multi-functionally and effectively with other internal teams to help fulfill company strategic goals, identifying any gaps and enabling clear partnerships.
- Advocate for Spotify’s interests and initiatives externally within the creator community.
- Assist in developing methodologies and efficiencies to be an outstanding partner to artists and managers.
- Build and share presentations and documents that communicate team and project performance.
- Anticipate potential obstacles and propose creative solutions.
- Track all talent bookings from request till completion.
- Attend events, conferences, and shows - as needed.

Who you are
- You are a current junior or senior in undergrad in Music Business, Artist Management, Media Management or equivalent.
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- You are highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive work-style.
- You have a strong understanding of the music industry, get nerdy about music and pop culture, and know what excites you and your peers!
- You are analytical and want to learn how to interpret data to set strategies and supervise goals.
- You have some experience in artist relations, artist management, or are an artist yourself!
