VWGoA Summer 2022 Design Internship

Volkswagen Group of America’s Internship Program targets undergraduate students who are eager to acquire practical real world experience in the automotive industry. Focused on the development of professional and technical competences as well as on-the-job-training, our Internship Program is an excellent opportunity to explore career choices early on. At Volkswagen Group of America, interns have the chance to make an impact because we challenge them and trust them to perform meaningful work.

We reward our interns not only with competitive pay between $18.00/hour and $20.00/hour for CA residents, but also with paid holidays and eligibility for the Friends and Family Program that has discounts on select Volkswagen and Audi products.

The summer 2022 Internship Program is open to students based in the continental US; Interns may be virtual or in work areas located in Virginia, Michigan, California or Tennessee.

Eligibility

Application Requirements:

  • A copy of your current resume. Cover letter is optional. (PDF preferred)
  • A copy of your class schedule for the current semester to include both your name and the name of your school (unofficial transcripts will be accepted as long as they include the current semester as well - PDF required)

To qualify for the Internship Program with Volkswagen Group of America, the following is required:

  • Must be an undergraduate junior/rising senior enrolled in an accredited educational institution with at least a 3.0 GPA
  • Major/study concentration: Design, (Engineering and Computer Science accepted)
