SUMMER INTERNSHIP (RECRUITING)
Reece USA is looking for a summer intern who wants to get hands on practical experience in Recruiting.
This FT summer paid internship will support multiple Reece USA brands sourcing and screening candidates. Additional duties may include coordinating with Marketing to build a social media
It also has potential to evolve into a post-summer part-time role supporting on-campus events upon return to school.

This internship offers remote, work from home but some travel may be required for orientation. Remote workers must officially reside in one of the following Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN AND DO
- Screening Techniques
- Sourcing candidates inbound and outbound channels
- Reporting
- Technology (Workday and other recruiting related software)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
- Junior or higher at accredited university majoring in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Familiar with Office 365 Suite
- Technically adept
