Position: Intern, Merchandising

Location: Sephora Field Support Center (FSC) – San Francisco, CA

Rate of Pay: $23/hr

Start Date: May 23th or June 6th (10-week program)

2022 Summer interns will be eligible to apply for a fulltime position in our newly created Rotational Management Program. The program will start mid-2023 and is designed to support a diverse talent pipeline and build our future inclusive leaders. Applicants will be offered a role in one of the three participating functions of Marketing, Merchandising, Inventory Management, and work in each of these areas learning our core business processes and store operations. More information on the Program experience and application process will be available during the interview process.


Your role at Sephora:

  • Comp Collection/Organization
  • Work with production on asset collection and pass off
  • Analyze Business Trends
  • Work on Product Refinements by Key Note Attribution
  • Note taking at meetings
  • Network with industry leaders and peers. Our Sephora executives are committed to investing in our interns and want to hear from you. Interns can expect to attend meetings with top leaders in the company.
  • Get exposure to cross-functional teams. Sephora has a highly collaborative culture so you are encouraged and expected to work closely with other related teams such as Brick & Mortar Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory Planning, Production
  • Develop, grow, and have fun
  • Lead or assist on projects using a hands-on approach
  • Contribute to the merchandising team at Sephora. Work internally with teams and brands on digital asset management and procurement, streamline internal processes for asset/comp collection and hand-off and help develop the trend fragrance category by scouting new brands.
