Position: Project Coordinator, Store Communications

Location: Remote- Sephora Field Support Center (FSC) – San Francisco, CA

Pay Rate: $23/HR

Start Dates: May 23rd or June 6th (10-week program)

As a Project Coordinator, Store Communications you will:

  • Support driving excitement with our store teams by creating fun and engaging content!
  • Contribute to delivering the Store Communications Team’s 2021 Initiatives by participating in revising field informational documentation and helping design new communication strategies.
  • Network with industry leaders and peers. Our Sephora executives are committed to investing in our interns and want to hear from you. Interns can expect to attend meetings with top leaders in the company.
  • Get exposure to cross-functional teams. Sephora has a highly collaborative culture so you are encouraged and expected to work closely with other related teams such as Client Engagement, Business Operations, Paid Services, Human Resources, Legal, and Loss Prevention- just to name a few!

What you will accomplish:

  • Draft and publish communications to our field teams
  • Lead or assist on projects using a hands-on approach
  • Contribute to 2022 Communications Initiatives by identifying and updating online content in partnership with various departments
  • Learn from the best by interacting with a dynamic team of professionals


To help ensure success, we are requiring the following characteristics, skills and experiences:


Education and experience:

  • Currently working on completion of Bachelor’s degree in related field (Communications, Journalism, Writing) and is currently a junior or senior in credit hours
  • High comfort level with Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Highly developed writing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
