About This Opportunity:
We are looking for a fully remote .Net Engineer to join our InComm South Technology Team. Our dev team works on web applications that support over 9 million pyment transactions every month across 11,000+ retail partners. This developer will get the opprtunity to work on progressive .Net applications, leveraging Angular and Vue.js on the frontend. This position is ideal for someone with either a few years of development experience, or someone who has a strong educational understaing of OOP and C# and is looking to take off in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in development efforts on a cross-functional product team in an agile environment.
- Collaborate with business professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for software development projects.
- Use tools and methodologies to create representations of workflows, user interfaces, data schemas, etc.
- Create high-level product specifications with attention to system integration, security, maintainability and extensibility.
- Develop, enhance and maintain existing applications.
- Become an expert in how InComm Healthcare systems operate.
- Successfully communicate designs, research, and potential issues with team members.
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- Prior internships may qualify to substitute for degree or work experience.
- Interest in:
- .NET using C#, SQL, etc.
- Visual Studio and .Net 3.5/4.0+.
- MVC, JavaScript, CSS.
- REST, WCF, SOAP, TCP/IP, Web Forms.
- jQuery, Bootstrap or Entity Framework.
- Ability to work in a team environment, preferably in Agile SCRUM.
- Ability to keep up with emergent technologies and industry trends.
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to learn new tools, concept and computer languages through self-learning. Programming guidance will be given by other team members as needed.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must possess the ability to work well with many different kinds of people, departments, and divisions.
