A paid summer internship with FNIC offers you a career-building experience within the insurance industry. You will also receive feedback from an assigned mentor who works with you to enhance your development. These part-time or full-time opportunities are offered May to September.

What’s the work like?
You will…
work with your mentors on a variety of marketing, branding and recruitment projects related to our core business marketing and hiring operations, which may include but are not limited to:
- content creation - build a library of content in a variety of media including ads, forms, videos, etc
- communication campaigns - run communication campaigns end-to-end to help educate our clients, potential candidates & community
- social media management - promote content on social networks to gain followers and improve engagement
- Refresh website to improve visits from clients and candidates
- source candidates for open roles using LinkedIn Recruiter
- refresh and maintain job postings, optimizing language to attract top talent
- conduct prescreens with candidates, communicate employer brand and value proposition of company
- manage applicant tracking system, move candidates through recruiting workflow and communicate with candidates
- prepare offer letters and communicate offers to chosen candidates
- promote and enhance career brand for website and social media

- You have to have…
- a high school diploma
- a proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- excellent verbal and written communication
- Preferred - prior experience with social media management, applicant tracking systems or Adobe Creative Cloud Apps including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro/Rush
