ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for a college Junior or Senior, working towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, eager to gain experience in one the most business critical areas of Human Resources. In this role you will learn how an organization attracts and retains top talent.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for a college Junior or Senior, working towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, eager to gain experience in one the most business critical areas of Human Resources. In this role you will learn how an organization attracts and retains top talent.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS POSITION:
- Work 20-25 hours per week for a three-month period
- Schedule interviews using video conferencing technology
- Enter and monitor background checks and conduct reference checks
- Organize and scan online documents
- Source, screen candidates and conduct market research
- Current enrollment in college working towards your Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree that has a concentration in Human Resources
- Technology and analytics-oriented with experience using software such as Excel and PowerBI
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a genuine interest in working with people and representing NCCI as a talent ambassador
- A positive, can-do attitude, a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done in a busy production environment; excellent organizational skills
- Gain valuable talent acquisition/ corporate human resources experience
