The IMO Agile Portfolio Management Intern will engage in managing both project and product deliverables. This is a unique experience to partner with different parts of the business and supports their achievement of strategic goals. Internship Location: This internship will follow a hybrid workplace model to foster collaboration as well as flexibility. Please only apply if you will be able to do both remote and on-site work at our Rosemont, IL offices (HQ).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Plan and manage healthcare technology deliverables
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with members across Software Engineering, Architecture, Enterprise IT, and Product Management
• Influence the decisions to mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and delight our stakeholders
• Prepare and present communication to peers and management
• Collaborate with Agile teams that leverage SCRUM and Kanban frameworks
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Aha!, Confluence, PPM Pro, and Tableau

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Diverse Sophomore or Junior level classroom experience and a passion to work with others to solve complex problems
• The ability to handle multiple tasks at once and the willingness to ask for help when you need it
• Equal excitement to understand the big picture but also dive into the details
