We are now looking for a
Intern Scrum Master in
Sofia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete company onboarding plan- Complete internal training program for the Scrum Master role, based on monthly learning objectives, which will include knowledge on all Fourth Scrum Practices, Processes & Systems
- Complete practical experience program for the Scrum Master role, which will include:
- Shadowing Scrum Masters at Fourth when facilitating Scrum Ceremonies - Daily Stand up meeting, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective and Sprint Review meetings
- Shadowing Scrum Masters at Fourth when participating in SAFe Ceremonies – Scrum of Scrums, System Demo, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt sessions
- Assist the Head of Agile Practice in conducting Lean-Agile Events
- Demonstrate gained knowledge and experience via Final Presentation of learnings at the end of the Internship Program
What We Will Expect From You:
- Considerable knowledge of the Agile Methodology and the Scrum Framework gained via university or other courses, Certification from reputable Scrum / SAFe institution or other applicable learning path
- Practical experience in working with people and teams in a Project Management or Technical role will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of software development or practical experience from other position in IT Sector will be considered an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English
Other Information:
- The internship duration will be 3 to 6 months
- Upon successful completion of the Internship, we have the option to offer a Junior Scrum Master position to the chosen person
