Your Role: Xylem seeks to hire a Summer Intern to join the Corporate Strategy team. This position would assist in developing strategic content, executing business-critical projects, and supporting various teams, including Corporate Development and Finance.

*This will be a remote 10 week internship position located near a Xylem location listed on the job posting*


Your Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

  • Execute ad-hoc corporate strategy projects
  • Develop market and competitive intelligence insights and communicate with Xylem businesses
  • Create senior management presentations as needed
  • Manage internal market intelligence sites and external research providers
  • Identify and synthesize research reports for internal constituents
  • Gather data from internal businesses/databases and external research platforms
  • Interact with strategy and finance counterparts in support of group projects

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

  • Attending an accredited University studying toward a Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum rising junior in standing
  • Knowledge of computers and database/spreadsheet/word processing software
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to take responsibility and function under minimal supervision
  • Ability to work with wide range of people
