We are currently seeking an Applications Developer Intern to join our technology team. This position has the possibility to be remote, but will require the candidate to train in office for a couple weeks after hired. This intern must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and work independently. Interns will have a hands-on opportunity to learn everything that is needed to be a full stacked developer, as well as access to continuous learning and development opportunities with the latest technology, including:

• Learn about MVC model
• Database
• Controllers
• API
• Responsiveness Design
• Repositories
• Development Cycle

Some essential functions our Applications Developer Intern can expect on a day to day basis will be:

• Analyze, update and expand existing programs
• Work with different departments and build reports
• Create and test code in an integrated development environment
• Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess and recommend programs to improve efficiency thru the use of technology

This internship is a paid position, with a duration of 3 months and a possibility to extend to 1 year. The schedule and hours are flexible and may be worked around a student’s class schedule, but working during some business hours may be required for meetings.

• College junior or senior with a strong interest in Applications Development as a career
