PSEG is seeking two Interns to help support the Technology Business Management (TBM) team. .
This position will be Hybrid – in-person and remote (Subject to change based on safety/CDC guideline)

The TBM team works with IT management and business partners to improve the company’s business processes. Project initiatives include cost management, process performance & efficiency, process development, ownership alignment, and other operational initiatives
Job Specific Qualifications
Required Education/Skills: The successful candidate must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited institution in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics & Statistics, Business, Finance or similar related major with an anticipated graduation date between December 2022 and June 2023, candidate must have completed junior level course work for consideration. Candidate must have demonstrated leadership, project management & public speaking skills with extensive experience in data analysis and problem solving. PSEG recognizes institutions of higher education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
Preferred Skills: Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.
All PSEG internship roles are paid at an hourly rate, however there are no benefits associated with these positions. Candidates are expected to work 40 hours per week over the summer period and as business needs warrant. We are targeting: Currently enrolled students (must be enrolled at the commencement of the internship program) Housing, transportation, immigration support will not be provided in association with these positions.
