Overview:
Future Seating (X-Chair, Mavix, and Healthy Back) is looking for a passionate college intern, eager to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce marketing. The role will work on all three brands, each with a very different and unique product line and target audience. The intern is expected to be local to the Beltsville area and work onsite 3 days a week, 2 remote.
Primary responsibilities will be within the marketing department, and may be asked to assist with the sales, logistics, and analytics teams.
To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns.

Daily Responsibilities and Duties: *

• Moderate and escalate online product reviews using review platform Yotpo
• List various products on the website for sale using Magento
• Coordinate and ship out sales and marketing kits for new customers
• Assist in monitoring influencer social media channels to ensure brand integrity
• Assist with digital marketing reporting for: email, website traffic, social media, and paid advertising
• Conduct various research on marketing and advertising industry best practices
• Regularly attend internal marketing, media, website and sales meeting
• Any and all additional duties assigned by the Marketing Manager

Requirements: *

• Junior or Senior currently enrolled in a college or university, preferably majoring in marketing, graphic communication, business administration, or advertising
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Ability to multitask while over communicating
• Cope well under pressure
• Can work on location (not remote)
