THE ROLE

The Innovation Intern is a key position where thinking both creatively and strategically is valued above all else, working with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure quality of Partner relationship and work product. The position is fast-paced and requires strong strategy, creative, and collaboration skills in leading 4FRONT’s day-to-day working relationships with several key partners. The position will focus on helping organizations accelerate all aspects of their business operations, including partnership strategy & sales, fan engagement, change management, marketing & brand strategy and fan engagement.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Contribute to strategic efforts on behalf of partners and prospects
  • Assist with research, brainstorming, and ideation support
  • Assist with production and tracking of client deliverables
  • Support account managers during client calls

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Be an incoming college junior or senior, or current graduate student
  • Available to work 12-18 hours per week, according to an agreed upon schedule
  • Available for the duration of the program run dates of June 1 to August 9, 2022
  • Ability to work remote
  • Access to a personal laptop or computer


COMPENSATION

This is a paid hourly internship program
