THE ROLE
The Analytics Intern is a key position where thinking both creatively and strategically is valued above all else, working with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure quality of Partner relationship and work product. The position is fast-paced and requires strong strategy, creative, and collaboration skills in leading 4FRONT’s day-to-day working relationships with several key partners. The position will focus on helping organizations accelerate all aspects of their business operations, including partnership strategy & sales, fan engagement, change management, marketing & brand strategy and fan engagement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Conduct primary and secondary research to derive actionable insights for partners
- Assist with production and tracking of client deliverables
- Support account managers during client calls
- Support development of fan insight reports, asset valuations, and other client deliverables
- Contribute to strategic efforts on behalf of partners and prospects
- Assist with research, brainstorming, and ideation support
- Be a strong cultural fit and be an authentic advancer of our mission and values internally and externally
- Demonstrates strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, and individual initiative as a trusted advisor, leader, and teammate
- Understand the competitive landscape, industry trends, and how our customers use and value our products
- Provide organizational stakeholders with feedback on engagement, milestones, partner strategies, solution enhancements, and other key initiatives
- Genuine eagerness to work with and learn from a diverse and talented team
- Play an active role driving integration, collaboration, communications, and best practice sharing across the organization
- Provide reports and updates to internal and external Partners as needed
- Follow established work rules, policies and procedures
- Actively engage with other members of the company to continuously strive to improve processes, create efficiencies and reduce costs
- Cooperatively take on other duties, roles or responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Be an incoming college junior or senior, or current graduate student
- Available to work 12-18 hours per week, according to an agreed upon schedule
- Available for the duration of the program run dates of June 1 to August 9, 2022
- Ability to work remote
- Access to a personal laptop or computer
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, adaptable self-starter, team player
- Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- A passion for data analysis, visualization and storytelling is a must, a passion for sports is a plus
COMPENSATION
This is a paid hourly internship program
