Location: Sephora Field Support Center (FSC) – San Francisco, CA
Rate of Pay: $23/hr

As an IT Project Management Intern, you will:
- Working to support internal and external customer needs, you will collaborate with multi-functional teams, receive mentorship, and gain insight into our values-driven process
- Work collaboratively with your Project manager and teammates to execute projects: develop plans, manage expectations, communicate effectively to all involved and deliver results on time
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, initiative, teamwork, autonomy and leadership in your area of expertise and work assignment
- Demonstrate passion for creating surprise & delight moments to create an exceptional employee experience
- Demonstrate strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build enduring partnerships
- Able to organize tasks, follow-up on execution, high light risks/issues for attention.
- Create dashboards for Agile Sprint Planning, Confluence for collaboration.
- As intern you will assist Project Manager on key projects like “Brand Assortment Management”, “Brand Portal” projects.
- Understand how to capture Project Budget, Manage timesheets approval and track spending.

- Get exposure to cross-functional teams and Brands. Sephora has a highly collaborative culture, so you are encouraged and expected to work closely with other related teams such as Finance Business, Inventory IT, Plan IT, infrastructure, and shared services
- Develop, grow, and have fun!
What you will accomplish:
- Lead or assist on projects as Intern using a hands-on approach
- Contribute to a large-scale project such as “Brand Assortment Management”, “Brand Portal” projects.
- Learn from the best by interacting with a dynamic team of professionals
- Learn how to organize and execute IT Application Engineering work
To help ensure success, we are requiring the following characteristics, skills and experiences:
Education and experience:
- Currently working on the completion of a BS degree in Business Management or MIS or similar field
- Currently a junior, senior or grad student
- Excellent skills on MS office, MS Project Plan, Visio , Google docs and Presentations.
- Strong Inter-personal skills and attention to details are needed.
Characteristics:
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
- Very organized thinking and attention to details.
- Ability to document requirements and follow up on tasks fearlessly.
- Ability to speak in front of teams that include both brands, business and IT partners
- Able to question and also get answers.
Time Commitment:
- Hours: M-F 9AM -5PM at Sephora Office in San Francisco (expected to be physically in the office 5 days every week during standard business hours unless directed by SF for COVID remote work enforcement)
