Human Resources Intern

JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Intern will gain knowledge and experience by working on a variety of HR projects and processes under the supervision of experienced HR professionals. This position reports through the Global HR Services team with an emphasis in supporting Benefits, Compensation, HR Technology, Talent Acquisition, and HR Services. Strong performance in this role may lead to consideration for full-time employment upon graduation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Provide support to the Global HR Services team on a full spectrum of activities including HR case management, executing Workday business processes, and coordinating critical events in the talent acquisition lifecycle.
- Directly engage with team members in high impact moments through intaking, researching, and resolving team member inquiries on topics across the HR spectrum.
- Assist with the administration and analysis of Global Compensation programs such as Job Analysis & Evaluation and compliance audits.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of Benefits Annual Enrollment communication materials.
- Gain an understanding of our HR Technology systems to assist in testing, reporting, and other projects as necessary.
- Assist in the development of knowledge articles to provide team members with the resources for self-service.
- Remote work may be considered/expected

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Student in a Junior standing or greater working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Year-round role: Graduation date on or after May 2023
- Willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to learn new programs quickly in a fast-paced team environment.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
