gener8tor seeks a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help source, identify, screen and hire individuals for various roles in our company. This individual will have a passion for the sourcing side of recruiting as that is where the majority of their time will be spent, but able to jump in and help as needed in the other areas of the recruiting process. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with potential candidates on professional networks platforms
  • Strategize the best ways to reach potential candidates
  • Craft and send recruiting emails (100+ a day)
  • Manage the job description process from creating, posting and tracking all requisitions
  • Assist in sourcing talent via LinkedIn, social media channels, careers sites and through other unique channels
  • Effectively use interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates’ qualifications in relation to the position requirements to determine a successful match and provide accurate, actionable feedback to hiring managers.
  • Continuously evaluate applicant pool per job and move applicants through the recruiting process
  • Communicate to all applicants in a timely manner
  • Responsible for helping to manage candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including but not limited to- sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, and offering
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers
  • Help screen, conduct interviews and evaluate candidates when needed
  • Help create and execute our hiring strategies for our internship program as well as help the Onboarding/Training team manage the internship program as needed
  • Help drive strategies forward to ensure every candidate receives the "best in class" candidate experience
  • Suggest innovative ways to identify and engage new, diverse talent in partnership with TA Director
  • Partner with TA team to strategize, create, execute and contribute ideas in the development of the recruitment process for sourcing, pipelining and urgent requisitions in order to attract top talent
  • Create, manage and execute a gener8tor ambassador program
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Help maintain candidate databases
  • Track key measures of success and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting effort
  • Assist with other recruitment and onboarding/training tasks and projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Desire to contribute, collaborate, and a team-win mentality
  • Stellar attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment and juggle multiple ongoing projects, responsibilities and relationships.
  • Willingness to intensively and rapidly dive into understanding the needs of gener8tor’s large and growing platform.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
