THE ROLE
The Partner Solutions Intern will work closely with key Legends GTS stakeholders, primarily the Partner Solutions team, to streamline and prioritize the business development (and marketing) efforts across a range of traditional and digital mediums with a view to meeting two objectives: assist in streamlining Legends business development operations practices and propel GTS marketing efforts to drive quantifiable business leads for the Partner Solutions team.
This individual will combine their passion for sport with their natural curiosity and skills to create innovative ways to connect with our target audiences and create tangible outcomes for our business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support the needs and tasks of the Partner Solutions team including deck creation, proposal management and pipeline reporting
- Support and maintain evergreen deck materials and Salesforce database for tracking all opportunities
- Support execution of social media / marketing strategy & maintain updated content calendar
- In collaboration with Legends GTS’ marketing team, assist with all new social media content along with providing actionable insights to evolve our content & offering
- Proactively brainstorm fresh social media content ideas that support GTS’ business development focuses
- Proactively support bi-weekly marketing meetings with internal GTS stakeholders
- Join weekly team calls with the Partner Solutions team and add value with leads and social media support
- Actively engage key internal stakeholders to continually improve processes and efficiencies
- Cooperatively take on other duties, roles or responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Be an incoming college junior or senior, or current graduate student
- Available to work 15-20 hours per week with flexibility
- Available for the duration of the program run dates of June 1 to August 9, 2022
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on writing & editing
- Dynamic storyteller with the ability to own a room
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Fluent in Microsoft Office’s range of products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Graphic design skills and capabilities is preferred but not required
- Ability to work remote
- Access to a personal laptop or computer
COMPENSATION
This is a paid hourly internship program
