College Intern Job Responsibilities

Based on the field of study interns will be assigned to work with the staff on projects and tasks in one of the following departments:

• Business Development
• Client Services
• Creative
• Digital
• Business Operations (human resources, information technology, financial management)

Qualifications

• Students must have at least a junior class standing and be enrolled in a higher education program at the undergraduate or graduate level
• Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Proficiency in the following applications:
  • Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Google Suite (Gmail, Dropbox, Google Drive)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Must provide proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19

• 10-15 hours/week
• 4-5 Months

Compensation: $15/hour

• This position is currently remote at this time due to Covid-19; however, since Octane’s offices are primarily located in Washington, DC, applicants must be available to come into the office during regular working hours when necessary.
