Job Description
The Keysight Society of Women Engineers Enterprise Program (KSWEEP) and its governing council to support the success and advancement of women engineers and professionals in the workplace to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment contributing to Keysight values of high performance, customer insights, and value creation.
Are you eager to build a career in marketing and communications, or are you an engineering major with an interest in marketing? This is an opportunity to join our dynamic team, where you'll work as an intern on assignments across different marketing communication areas for KSWEEP at Keysight. In this internship, you will be exposed to various operational aspects of marketing communications, from the creation of outbound materials to coordination of initiatives.
The objectives are:
1- Create a sense of community
2- Educate and promote KSWEEP opportunities and resources.
3- Promote the Women of Keysight & KSWEEP through internal and external communications.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Design print and digital materials- Retouch and manipulate images
- Use graphic design software
- Create PowerPoint presentations
- Use O365 tools; SharePoint, Power Automate, Lists, MS Forms
- Draft articles for Keysight’s intranet
- Collaborate with group members and leadership on projects as assigned
- Assemble final materials as needed
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
- Monitor and post on internal forums and channels
Job Qualifications
Currently in your Junior/Senior undergrad program in Marketing, Business or Engineering- Solid understanding of the Women in Engineering & Society of Women Engineers community
- Experience with Creative Design Tools
- Proficient in MS-Office tools including O365
- Excellent level of English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with Databases is a plus
- Experience with Web tool integration is a plus
