Marks is a brand design and experience agency that is uniquely constructed to enable brands to win in an age of constant change. We may be hard to find on Google (makemarks.com), but our work is quite easy to find as we work with some of the biggest household brands like Amazon, iRobot, LEGO, PepsiCo, Target and AB InBev.
As a full-service agency, our expertise extends across all facets of the branding spectrum: strategy, innovation, design, adaptation, integrated marketing communications. Internship Program
We want to inspire the brightest, most passionate students to join and help us create the future of Marks. We are looking for driven, curious, and multi-faceted interns who are passionate about brands and draw inspiration from the world around them.
Our summer internship program will offer 17 paid internships across North American studios. During the program, interns will have the opportunity to dive right into creative challenges while collaborating, learning from and networking with other team members across disciplines and studios.
This internship will take place from the start of June to mid-August (12-week program, but dates can be flexible).
What you will do:
As a Design Intern at Marks, you will be reporting to Design Director and help support the Design team by:
- Working on real client projects ranging from phase A to Z
- Working collaboratively with the Strategy, Cultural Foresight, Design, Engineering, and Account teams
- Contributing to internal brand initiatives for social channels
- Concept and execute designs for branding, packaging, and marketing

Requirements and skills:
- Current student, Junior or Senior working toward a BA degree in Graphic Design (not graduating on or before May 2022)
- Must be available for 40 hours/week, 12-week program
- Hybrid (In the office and remote or fully remote given applicants’ location)
- Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, Microsoft Office skills required
- Ability to analyze, ideate, brainstorm, and problem solve
- Ability to manage up and seek assistance when appropriate
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter; comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience
