Social Media/ Digital Marketing Internship (Customer Success Team) - Summer 2022

As an intern on the Customer Success team, you will…
- Shadow our Customer Success Managers and Client Partners to understand how they support our top clients
- Understand how the Customer Success function partners with cross functional teams to support our accounts
- Develop an upsell matrix to help equip our team with more solutions to identify grow opportunities
- Gain an understanding of what it’s like to build product knowledge and create strategic recommendations for our clients
- Meet and collaborate with fellow interns in our NYC office
We are looking for you if you…
- Are a full-time rising junior, senior, or upcoming graduate enrolled at an accredited 4-year College or University
- Are working toward a degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Have a passion to get into marketing, advertising, or technology
- Love to use social platforms such as Meta, Snap, Pinterest, and Tiktok
- Are legally authorized to work in the US
This internship is paid and will be approx. 30 hours per week between June 6th and August 12th of 2022.
