As the
People Analytics Intern, you will support the team's day to day operations by creating reports, data visualizations, and analysis for various departments and business partners. Your work will provide an insight into the day-to-day operations of a Human Resources team and best practices for data collection and maintenance. Internship Program Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate university program in the U.S (Juniors or Seniors preferred) and able to intern remotely through late-August 2022. At this time, our program is not open to new grads.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US during the Summer 2022 session. Visa sponsorship is not available for our internship positions.
- Be able to work on a part-time basis (up to 30 hours per week)
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Hands on creation of reports using Tableau, Excel and/or other data visualization tools
- Develop tools within the HRIS software (Workday) to accurately compile reports and summaries
- Collect. analyze, and maintain the data from various sources covering a variety of Human Resources subject areas
- Support various other People analytic development
- Ensure accuracy and final quality review of all products/reports
WHO YOU ARE:
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate college program in the U.S. (Juniors or Seniors preferred) during the Summer 2022 program and returning to classes during Fall 2022
- Be able to work on a part-time basis (up to 30 hours per week)
- Current undergraduate or graduate student preferably pursuing a degree in Math, Statistics, Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Advanced Excel knowledge and experience
- Preferred experience and knowledge of SQL through academic programs, projects or past work experience
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization (Tableau, Excel, etc.) through academic projects, programs or past work experience
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-starters who are result oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks
- Previous work experience or internships in a related field is a plus
About Jam City’s Internship Program:
Jam City’s Summer 2022 Remote Internship Program will take place from June 13th through August 25th and will be primarily remote with the possibility of one week being on-site (travel provided for non local students). Students can expect a paid, part-time (up to 30 hours per week) internship working alongside Jam City’s business and studio development teams. Within internships, students gain valuable insights into our products, players, and industry. Our program allows students to work on impactful projects, collaborate with industry professionals, and develop problem-solving skills through real hands-on experiences. We’re looking for students that bring curiosity, creativity, and an interest or passion for mobile games.
