(Junior) Consultant Sustainability & Green Value Chain Strategy (f/m/d)

What´s your impact?

• You will work in a team on international projects along the entire value chain in the field of Supply Chain Management and Green Value Chain Management
• Within the projects, you will soon take on your own task packages, e.g., data analysis, preparation and conduction of workshops and client interviews
• Accompanied by experienced (senior) consultants, you will gradually gain more responsibility and work on the development of innovative topics and solutions
• You help to design innovative concepts with a focus on green value chain strategies, circularity and the reduction of CO2 emissions along the value chain
• You will actively contribute to marketing and sales topics and support the preparation of proposals
• You will continuously expand your skills through regular training and professional coaching
• You will be able to work from where you prefer (home-office or CAMELOT office) depending on your responsibilities
• The delivery mode of your projects will vary between mostly onsite, hybrid and mostly remote

Locations: Join us at an office of your choice – Mannheim, Cologne, Munich, Hamburg or Basel

How do you stand out?

• You have successfully completed your (business-related) Master's degree, ideally with a focus on supply chain management, logistics or sustainability management
• You are passionate about sustainability and want to make a difference
• Ideally, you have gained initial experience in a management consultancy or in industry (internships or up to one year of work experience)
• You like to work on complex tasks and you convince with your strong analytical skills and your structured way of thinking
• Initiative, persuasiveness, enthusiasm and a high level of customer orientation characterizes you
• You enjoy occasional travelling and working on changing assignments
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
