Musicians can use the Ombre app as a platform to launch their live careers and get their performances to the right targeted audience!Job Profile-Looking for individuals with a knack for marketing and the ability to Hustle and Sell!As a part of our business development and Influencer Networking Team you will have the critical role of negotiating and knitting strategic partnerships with Music Influencers, Marketing Product Benefits to them, and Carrying out Business Development and Sales activities for Services provided by the company.If you're ready to kickstart your career in Marketing, Business Development, and Influencer Networking this is the internship for you.- Carry out Business Development activities targeting artist influencers, colleges, artist collectives, and event management companies and Onboard them on the Ombre app.- Carry out Marketing Campaigns and Sell Paid Product Services to Artists and Manage their growth on the product- Carry out Marketing Campaigns and Sell virtual/offline on Demand event services to Corporates and Colleges- Manage budgets for Virtual Events Management and ensure successful execution- Coordinate with different internal stakeholders within Ombre, such as the tech team and social media team, to ensure successful BD and Marketing Campaigns.- Manage Project Management Sheets and Sales Management Sheets. Provide Weekly/ Monthly Reports for Sales Targets/ Marketing CampaignsPreferred Requirements- Graduate Degree is Mandatory-Prior work ex is an advantage in Sales and Business-Outstanding communication and negotiation ability- Ability to manage stress and meet targets on time- Customer-service orientatedProbation - 3 monthsStipend- INR 25,000/- CTC ( INR 15,000 fixed+ upto INR 10,000 variable dependent on sales targets met )No. of Openings- 5Website - https://liveombre.com/Instagram profile - https://www.instagram.com/livewithombreJob Types: Full-time, FresherSalary: INR15,000.00 - INR25,000.00 per monthBenefits:
