The Opportunity:
Saint Luke’s Health System is seeking an HR Intern for our Talent Acquisition Strategy Team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to recruitment initiatives and assist with recruitment for key vacancies. This is a 12 to 13 week program for students seeking careers in the field of human resources. You must be currently enrolled in a degree seeking program or with a career focus in the human resources. This internship will provide opportunities to enhance learning and achievement in course work during the junior or senior year.

The Shift: This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity. The schedule will be Monday through Friday with flexible hours (latest start time of 9:00am)
The Work:
- coordinates all activities related to recruitment projects
- identifies issues and provide resolutions for recruitment projects
- may or may not be responsible for final implementation of proposed resolutions
We are seeking an intern with excellent communication (oral and written) skills. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a detail oriented with a high sense of urgency, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and creative.
