Accounting and Finance Intern - Remote Opportunity

Work directly with team managers in the Accounting & Finance department and assist in various tasks assigned per week with each group throughout. The Accounting & Finance Intern will gain exposure to all aspects of the Accounting and Finance department in terms of the Accounting Cycle. The Intern will be assigned a Project to own throughout the course of the internship. The scope of the Project will reflect in the amount of time spent in the rotation.

      • Cost Center analysis and reclasses
    • Costing Standards and Production Accounting
      • Setting standards and costing BOMs
      • Fixed Asset- Project details and Capitalized costs
      • Update and Analyze various Production schedules
    • Financial Planning and Analysis
      • ME and Budget reporting
      • Annual Planning processes, input, and reporting
      • Analytical Review of Financial Results
      • Gross Margin and Net Contribution by brand review
    • Treasury and Cash Accounting
      • Cash Flow Projections
      • Foreign Exchange Forecasting & Hedging
      • Corporate Tax Forecasting


Qualifications:

  • At least a Junior standing at a 4 year accredited institution pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with confidential information on a regular basis
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
