Peraton is seeking a Summer 2022 Website Development Intern in our Augusta, GA location (with some remote capabilities allowed). This position supports the Peraton Army Cyber (ARCYBER) Project Management Office (PMO) by performing web design, SharePoint management, database development/maintenance, and other assigned tasks/projects, as required.
This internship allows the intern to gain an understanding of the business functions required to support a large contract workforce engaged in supporting Army Cyber Command. The intern will work with key members of the PMO team to help identify solutions and perform tasks that accomplish individual and team goals.
Responsibilities:
Use Microsoft Office including Visio, Power BI (data management), and SharePoint.
Create an effective way to capture, communicate data and manipulate data using Power BI and SharePoint.
Provide effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Work hands-on with manual data input tasks.
This is a paid internship.
Required Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be eligible to be granted a security clearance.
A GPA of 3.0 minimum, 3.5 or higher is preferred.
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program with at least one semester remaining following the internship. Or, for those students about to graduate from one-degree program, it is necessary to clearly state future plans demonstrating continued academic pursuits in the term immediately following the internship.
Must be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Math, or other related technical field.
Must provide transcripts covering academic qualifications described above.
Must be available for an operational interview and other applicable processing in May 2022.
Must be local to the Augusta, GA area and willing to commute on-site a few times per week.
Desired Qualifications
Rising Juniors and Seniors strongly preferred, although strong underclassmen may be considered.
Excellent analytical skills.
