What You'll be Doing

Looking for a summer internship where you'll learn processes over a multitude of systems? Where you'll work with the architect to resolve logic issues between different systems that need to work as one? You'll be responsible for providing back-end assistance that ensures call/customer interaction recording requirements are met and are compliant. You'll work with systems such as Nice, Nexidia, Automate and Windows as well as work with SQL. You'll work with a team in an inclusive environment.
You'll report to the Systems Software Engineering Architect. In this role, you'll impact the the customer and employee experience.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Quality Systems Support
    • Work with other departments and compile data that will then be used by the architect when building automated processes
    • Regular monitoring of backend systems to ensure functionality and compliance with customer interaction recordings
    • Assist with systems outages working under the direction of the architect
    • Ensures automation processes are running data/recordings are flowing
  • End-User Support
    • Prioritize issues and provide fast response time for resolution
    • Once trained, answers queries on end-user systems use
  • Client and Customer Satisfaction
    • Consistently communicates with internal and external customers for system updates

What You Bring to the Role

  • Working knowledge of database applications like SQL
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), or ability to learn technology quickly
  • Server, networking, infrastructure experience
  • Strong analytical and math/statistics skills
  • Ability to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of customer data.
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking capability and proven success in dynamic environments
  • Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The anticipated starting range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $22. 12 - $32.69 hourly. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
